We send out returns worksheets in January to guide you through the returns process, and returns are due back to our warehouse by the end of the first week in February.
To help reduce shipping costs, most of our calendars require only cover returns, eliminating the need to ship back entire items.
Any remaining credit balance after returns can be cashed out upon request, making it a seamless process to settle your account.
